Brand new hospital opening 2009, every room private and top of the line facilities. Also, world class cancer research center specializing in the rare mieloma. UAMS patients have over twice the survival rate as the national average. www.uams.edu/

bad: my uncle was in this place and there were dirty gloves laying in patient rooms and even in elevators. It is very unhealthy. Small children could have gotton the gloves and it could make them sick

I have been there several times. It is busy, as any teaching hospital is, but dirty? no. If it was such a dirty place, would it be as busy as it is? CC.

there may be a dirty glove in the trashcan, but they are not left laying around. Small children should be left at home unless they are sick, and in the hospital.
