I was at the clinic with my dog when D T came in with his dog. He came in slamming the door and yelling. Someone came and got me and put me in a room just to get me out of the line of fire. I could hear him being really loud and using abusive language at the receptionist. She just answered him in a polite tone and would say yes sir to him. I personally know that this receptionist has been with Dr. Bogoslavsky for at least 2 years and has always been polite and professional whenever I call or visit the clinic. When my appointment was over I asked what was D T's problem and was told that he had called and wanted an appointment to see the Dr. but that they were already booked and that in order to treat his dog it would need to be dropped off and that they would call when it was ready to go. The receptionist said that he was just really concerned for his pet and that she can understand his frustration. I do not know what happened before he came in the clinic but I do know that he was the one that was rude and abusive to the receptionist in front of several people.
