Bob's Full Service

We have been customers of Bob and his staff for a few years. We trust him with all of our non-warranty work on all of our vehicles. The only reason we patronize the dealers is when we have a warranty in place to reduce cost. He is professional, knowledgable and the best thing since sliced bread in the world of auto mechanics.

Bob is a great mechanic. He never overcharges and he will never pull your leg. He doesn't fix what isn't broken. And if it's something expensive to fix he will let you know if it needs replacing now or if you have more time to wait. He doesn't just use you to make a buck. He provides excellent, honest service, which is hard to find in that industry. I give Bob's Full Service 5 stars! Check him out!!!

Excellent Mechanic: Bob's Full Service automotive repair shop earns top marks amongst Little Rock repair choices. The key factor when searching for a mechanic is honesty, because mechanics are infamously legendary for dishonest business practices. It is on the basis of honesty that I can most assuredly rate Bob's the best. On more than one occasion, I have taken a car to this shop to be repaired, only to be told by Bob that the problem was insignificant and he had fixed it free-of-charge. In one specific instance, my car would not start, even after being jumped several times, and had to be towed. While Bob could easily have duped me into buying a brand new starter and battery (and pocketed the cash himself), he kindly informed me that the ignition rod was disconnected simply because the car was old and the steering column was tilted up too far. He lowered the steering column and my car started without a problem. This testament to integerity is hard to find in today's automotive repair industry and Bob should be rewarded for his honorable business practices. Bob's shop has gone above and beyond the call of duty, fixing whatever happened to be wrong with my car at the time, and fixing it at a rate often less than half of what the competition had quoted. I have nothing but good things to say about Bob's Full Service. I hope this review has been helpful and that you choose to grace Bob's with your business when you are in Little Rock and in need of automotive repair.
