About:Try something different for lunch. The people who work at this small booth located in the River Market are the friendliest around, happily explaining any dish to you. The place serves the popular Gyro, as well as Hummus, Tabouleh and Eggplant Dip. Try the Souvlaki, which is made of thin layers of pastry dough, stuffed with feta cheese and spinach, and cooked to a golden brown. Then, order Baklava for dessert.

    The food is great, very authentic. We go just about every saturday for the falafel and gyro sandwiches. We love them! Vegeterians have to try the falafel sandwich, its full of yummy flavor and add a little shutta (hot paste) for a little mouth action. They have a lot of rice dishes that are really great. LOVE this place!

    This place has the BEST gyros! I haven't tried anything else on the menu because I have to get a gyro. My husband and I will buy a few extra to eat at home - they are great re-heated! The flatbread is not hard or tough and still holds up to all the juicy goodness. The tzatziki sauce is perfect and then there's the meat! The flavor is fantastic. If this place had a drive-through I'd be in so much trouble!
    And then there's the owner, Wally! I have yet to see this guy in a bad mood. He's always very friendly and happy to see you. It's nice there are people who understand customer service!
