User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI will never use this place again: I dropped a coat off on Friday, 11/25. When I got it on Monday, 11/28, it was actually worse. It looked as if it had been thrown on the floor and left. The coat was covered with hair, lint, and small pieces of string. The manager was unpleasant about the issue. I did get my money back. I am very glad I thought to look at the coat before I left the store.
