User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI was in horror to see how the housekeeper was cleaning my room. I saw her wipe out a drinking glass with a towel that she had wiped the toilet with! My room smelled awful of ciggarettes but yet they had signs clearly stating $200.00 smoking fees. I had ciggarette burns in the comforter that smelled like it had never been washed. The floors and carpets were absolutly nasty. They looked like the had never been shampooed. And the bathroom tub was clogged with mildew very visible in the tub. I couldn't wait for my stay to end. They have a very long way to go if they every want to please a customer that pays attention to detail and doesn't want to pay for just a name, but quality service. I should have stayed at the howard johnson, it would have been $100.00 cheaper plus I could have gotten free breakfast.

The rooms were grubby and smelled of cheap air freshener. The bed spreads, carpet, and carpet were dingy. The furniture is cheaply made. The bathroom looks like any bathroom you would get at a motel chain. There is no complimentary coffee. I paid over $500 for two rooms and have never felt so ripped off in my life. Save your money and stay at a chain motel for the same quality at a third of the price.
