New Fun Ree Chinese Restaurant

My wife and I eat here about once a week. Living downtown doesn't afford you a wide selection of quality chinese restaurants so I'd give this a shot if you're in the area. Unfortunately there really isn't anything to compete with them.

Worst customer service. The staffs in the front are very rude. They are impatient and will get loud if you ask them a few questions. The food isn't all that good either. I have been to 8 different Chinese restaurants in LR/NLR area and this has to be the worst. The price is very expensive also. Other Chinese restaurants will have the same or less price, but they give you more food. The portion of food this restaurant gives you is very small compared to the others. You don't get what you paid for here. Prices have gone up from the old New Fun Ree couple years ago. The restaurant itself is better than the old place. However, if you want good food and good customer service, then there are better Chinese restaurants in the area.

In my immediate area, chose them over the places in the River Market Shops. Live in the River Market District, and we all know that living downtown does not open many of selectons on where to get good food (Chinese), I went in and ordered, came home to eat my food. Not much flavour, seemed to be VERY rude, and not much of a rich tasting on sauces or anything else, meaning cutomer service or anything for that manner. Never have been there in the past, would totally would go for other places of food wanting it to be suprising! It sucks! Hate the fact that most of the hole in the wall places are usually to be good! I will never return there agian! To say the least I could overlook food taste to be in comparison. Good luck! I have lived in several major metro cities! This place sucks! Google local places to get chinese! Never Agin There!!!!
