I had a bad expierence. I aksed when i dropped off my clothes and comforter if I had to pay in advance, she said yes and I did so. I was handed a recipt not noticing it said balance due. Later after coming to pick up my things I was told That I had not yet paid for my clothing and comforter. The clerk seemed very stressed out. I requested to speak to the manager, The clerk informed me that she was not allowed to call anyone. I made several attemps to contact the manager Rita Viega. After calling around all the locations I finally caught up with her by phone, She informed me she would look into it and contact me tomarrow. She never called back and a week has passed. I have been left with the option to repay $45 or loose my stuff. I think that is very unprofessional. Be careful.
