    As a former employee of Cracker Barrel, I am reluctant to have to write this review. But in all fairness to this review process, I must. We were beginning our trip and decided to eat here before making our drive because we love their food. We arrived late morning on a Friday so we thought it wouldn't be too long. Wrong! We waited for our food about 35 minutes, much longer than we even thought we would stop for breakfast. Ok, so we finally get our food and my eggs were wrong. Tack on another 5 minutes for the correction which was only half done since the remnants of the other eggs were still on the plate. But the food was great, as it usually is. In all we spent 1 hour, when it should have taken only 40 minutes. When you're travelling, 20 minutes is a good chunk of time. Get on the ball Cracker Barrel.

    Good Old Fashioned Cooking: Cracker Barrel has great down home cooking. The service is medicore, but the food is worth it. Try it sometime. You will not be disappointed.
