    My wife and I go to D'Carlos at least once a month. The food is amazing and truly authentic to its Itallan roots. The owner and the wait staff are extreemly attentive to everyone's needs; especially when its a crowded evening.

    D'Carlos is second to none and second to none compared to our favorite Resutarnt in Northern Italy. The wine selection includes succulent vineyards of Italy, France and California.

    I reccomend D'Carlos as a 'must do' for Little Rock guests and locals.

    Absolutely Awesome
    Had dinner at d"Carlo last night with guest for the first time. We were all very impressed, the owner and Chef greet you at the door, the Waite staff are punctual and friendly. The food is absolutely Awesome, red sauce was the best I have ever had. All three of us had different entrees and tasted each, we were all impressed. The bread served with the dinner is just plain nothing special.
    PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE! We will all be going back and with friends

    We just celebrated our anniversary with the worst service ever. The staff was rude and inattentive. Our water glasses were empty for over half our meal. The salad was lettuce with some vinegar, not very inventive. The bread was nondescript. The entree was "okay", but was cold. If you don't mind waiting and waiting and waiting, I guess it's okay. But again it was the wait staff (all three of them for the whole restaurant it appeared). They were just not with it and rude on top of that. I hope not to go back there anytime soon. By the way this was not our first trip and the service was just a bad the other times also, but it is one of the few restaurants in our area that serve wine. This time it was a little more important (anniversary and all) and they were even worst than before. No return visit from us for a while
