Hi, my name is Denise Jackson and I live in Osceola. I am writing to give credit where credit is due. I visited McDonalds on 04/23/08 at about 5:50 p.m. and I am one that is known for ordering the same thing everytime I go there. There was an employee there by the name of BK or BF, I really can't remember (I think it was the B K that I saw on his name badge)He was the most politest young man that I have encountered in a very long time. When I walked in, he had a smile and the next words out of his mouth were-"May I take your order---you would like a sweet tea with lemon and a small fry" and OH MY GOD, I WAS SOOOOO TICKLED!!!! I was so impressed with him. He went to make my tea and brought it to me and then when he made my fries, he bagged them up and he made a mistake and dropped them, he looked up at me with this look of shame on his face and he said "ma'am I'm sorry, they just slipped right out of my hands" and I responded "that's good, I wanted them hot anyways" he then went on the breath a sigh of relief because he was truly concerned and when I smiled to let him know it was o.k, he was fine. Even if I had been in a hurry that day and the fry incident had happened, I still couldn't have been upset with this young man because he was so attentive and I can honestly say that it is so hard around here to go to a restaurant and receive good customer service. I am also going to call the store to let them know what a wonderful young man they have hired. I have also had a few others that have been pretty good as well, but this young man just stood out and for that, this is the reason that I am giving this an excellent review.
