User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis is the worst Wal-mart on the planet!!!!! This wal-mart is so sorry , I drive right past it to go to the Store in Bryant! They don't have anything on the shelf and all the employees are on their cell phones!! The worst customer service, store and parking lot are dirty, shelves are empty , and you might get robbed (day or night)

This is the worst walmart in town, never enough lanes open, self check only has one lane open at a time, why? are they too dumb to run more than one at a time???? no help, never stocked with products I use, always out, alot of rude people working. Just all around terrible, which is aweful that people would have to drive to another part of town or the next town over to get good service.
They also quit staying open 24 hours and now close at 12. I usuallyshop late because that is the only time I have to get it done, and now I have to drive alot further to get it done. Not at all how a business should be run. I imagine the managers have a hard time at this location, I know I sure wouldnt want to run it. -

I drive by this store everyday on my way home from work, and used to stop there often, but the store has become so dirty, the wait in the check-out lines so long, and the prices so high (higher than the store in Bryant), that I don't stop there unless I have no other choice. Plus, the manager tried to cheat me out of a refund on a tube of lipstick that was dried up when I bought it. She said that state law forbids refunds on cosmetics after 2 days from the date of purchase! Give me a break!! This store needs a makeover from top to bottom.
