This restaurant is not the quality of other steak houses that I have been to. The steaks were of mediacre quality, poorly charred. The texture was as if they had been tenderized with some kind of chemical product, instead of aging and good quality. The rolls had no flavor at all and were not light and fluffy like home made rolls can be. The service was mediocre. In all, I wouldn't recommend this steakhouse at all.

I've been to this steakhouse three times in a row with a very bad experience each time. This last time was very uncalled for. The first time, we walked in the door and the lady greeted me and asked the waitress next to her if her tables were free for four. The server rolled her eyes and said" well, if they have to I guess" and lead us to a booth. We did not see her again for 25 minutes. Then, someone else brought us our drinks. We had a decent meal that night with no refills or no offers of desert or anything like that and left. We expressed our concerns with Joey, the manager at the time. Our second time there, we ordered an appatizer. The food arrived before the onion blossoms and we were told three times by Joey the waitress lost her ticket. We never got it!
3rd time was burnt steaks - really really burnt and then very rood attitude from Joey. He told me it was supposed to look chared. I know that already but I could not eat this medium steak because of the black dust on it and the plate. He said the juice drips on the fire and makes it flame up. Am I dumb?
None the less, I won't be back under the curent managment of Casey and Joey.

Good food, but the prices have gone up so much. Both the food and service is hit-n-miss. I can't tell you how many times we've had a free appetizer or comped meal because our lunch/dinner was late or burnt, etc.
