    THTHE WORKERS ARE RUDE AND WHEN I ASKED WHY I WAS ON HOLD FOR SO LONG THE GUY HUNG UP ON ME... THEY CAN CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS... THEY ARE NASTY EAT SOME WHERE ELSE. THEY MAKE YOUR PIZZA AND DONT WASH AFTER TOUCHING MONEY... NASTY AND RUDE.. GO TO PIZZA HUT !!!

    Do not address problems: We ordered 3 pizzas a few months ago and when they arrived they were cold and stuck to the box, had taken over an hour and a half, and it was too late to eat somewhere else so we had to eat the pizza's. I contacted Papa John's home office via email and complained, they told me they would help to resolve the issue and after 2 more attempts to contact them they have NEVER tried to resolve this issue. They did give me a complaint number and promised to work with me and since then have done nothing to help.

    I am not complaining any more to their home office as I feel I have done my part and they should have been more accomodating to resolve my complaint. I do edit for several on-line food critic reviews and will make note of this in them all.

    Great Pizza, Great Service: Carryout or Delivery only. The pizza is always delivered fast and fresh. We order frequently and always have enjoyed our experience.
