User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsCustomer Service?: Last September we ordered 3 pizza's from this location and it was over 2 hours before we got our delivery. After complaining to the store I contacted Papa John's main office and was assigned a number for my complaint. They sent a nice email stating they were checking into the problem and this was the last I ever heard from them. I tried to call the store and was told the manager would call me back but never heard from them. We ate cold greasy pizza for supper that night because it was too late to order from somewhere else, were out over $30.00 for doing so and have not ordered again and do not plan to in the future. I contacted the main office again in March of 2007 and have never heard back from them.
