User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsService is the worst in Jasper. Seems as though the wait staff is more interested in being on the telephone than waiting on customers. We have been there a number of times and each time the service has gotten worse and worse. So bad that I had to carry my coffee cup to the counter and ask for a refill.

Friday nights are the best at the Ozark. They have Joe Villines singing a cross section of music; blues, gospel, his own music. He is awesome. No cover and you never know who will be playing with Joe.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsBring on the Buffet: I loved the Sunday Buffet here. It included a couple favorites of mine: fried mushrooms and dark green leafy vegetables. I don't think I found one bare inch on the back wall, which was filled with photos. The wall behind the bar was covered in shelving, and the most eye-catching thing was the rolled up t-shirts in a variety of vivid colors.
On the opposite wall, framing an entrance into a connected banquet room, were samples of the t-shirts for sale, and the front wall was all glass: wonderful for gazing upon passers-by.
The food was down home delicious, and the service was amiable. Highly recommended!

You must not eat there very often. We eat there a lot and are always very happy with the service. I am sure your incident does not happen very often. They have a great reputation. And I am sure their goal is to keep it that way.
