User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe food is great here. Better than all other fast food. They were not slow as spoken on this site. I go here often and will always remain a good customer. The cook has been there like 7 years and always does my orders right. Keep up the great work Bella Vista Dairy Queen. You are the best.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsRecycle food...: Went through drive through, watched through the window as a man came in from outside, returned food that was in his order that wasn't what he ordered, and then watched as the put it in my bag/order. They then lied and said they didn't.

Amy J's review of the Bella Vista Dairy Queen is not true in no way do we recycle food. I remember her complaint and it remains false.

are you kidding me?? no way that never happened... .... no one did that, and it could have been proven if she had gotten off her butt and went in and asked to see video of this. EVERYONE knows establishments have cams!!!!-

VERY CLEAN AND FRIENDLY PLACE TO EAT GREAT BURGERS: HI EVERYONE. THIS DAIRY QUEEN IN BELLA VISTA WAS REMODELED A YEAR AGO NEW MENU, AND GREAT FRIENDLY SERVICE. THE MAN AND HIS WIFE WHO OWN AND OPERATE IT WERE THERE AND WERE SO FRIENDLY. AND SEEMED TO BE WORKING HARD. THE FOOD WAS HOT AND VERY TASTY. TRY THEIR NEW BURGERS THEY ARE GRILLED ON A CHAR GRILL AND ARE GREAT.

Heck, I agree with you. I mean geeee whiz.... we live in the moment in this fast paced society, don't we? As for slow and the complaints....I went to Sonic to get a Diet drink today and they couldn't get that right.... I didn't even go through the drive-thru because it was too long -went to park and order it and read a magazine on my break. Well.... it took them 17 minutes to bring it to me and when it arrived -it was not DIET. Had to wait again and brought it back to me almost 5 minutes later??? talk about slow -now that is slow, eh? DQ can be slow at times, I get that -not slow, slow ....but they are making sure it is made right and fresh for the customer ....it's "fast food" to a degree -but it is more like getting faster fancy restaurant food or old style cafe meals. You wait a bit for it -but it's yums -Gotta love that, right?
