I had first hand expierance with Tom Smith representing me. My problem is that he never returns phone calls nor does he seem to care about your case. I realize that he has other clients but I paid him money too. When I would get him on the phone he was short and from the beginning seemed ready to hang up with me. Just to let you know I was not one of those client's that called everyday but you do want to talk to your attorney before your court date. I did not talk to him until the morning of my court date at the court date and then he asked for a continuance. He had no explanation. Eventually I had my day in court and the outcome was not want I expected nor was it what my attorney had indicated. Mr. Smith may know the prosecutors but he is not a people person nor does he care about his clients.

puts child in danger........
if your child gets this man as an attorney, look out moms, hes all about the dads..........
The man who has my daughter drinks all the time.
to the point of not being able to talk or walk.
piss's on corners in his home.
DRINKS AND DRIVES WITH CHILDREN WITH HIM,
I have the pictures to prove this....
also a police report of the people that he allowed her to stay with pulling guns on each other........nothing doing Mr Smith.,
I also know what my daughter told you, about wanting to come home......
she drew her family in your court order councling,
that was mom, and brothers, and there was no him and that was while you made her go live with him.,
admitt it your wrong as the day is long.
I was a coach for her teams,know what she is doing now...........staying home alone.........doing nothing.........and being told to lie............ imagen what she will learn while in his care............
you also made us drive around doing nothing, for my visits with her.. she cryed about all of it.
know what my son did, started cutting him self over emotional damage from being away from her.
I broke down too, you have things down to an art.
mess around with your own childs life. you have no idea what could happen to her........
he still drinks. you think that is right
talk about mothers againest drunk drives....
moms watch your selfs with this man, he will go againest you, .........not work with you.
just stating the facts in our case......
