User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsNo Problems: I have had a membership there for 5 years and have never had a problem. Sure, during the weekends it is busy, and there are lines to wait in. But the employees are nice, and helpful. I enjoy patronizing the place. I like renting for 5 days also.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI think chaos theory was the model for this store!: Walking into this store you won't get a warm 'Hello' or even a courtesy smile. This store wasn't always this bad, and has deteriorated a lot over the years. The employee attitude, overall service and rentals are all 'lacking' they do have some variety in the selection and you 'might' find that obscure title that you were looking for, but it's not a really enjoyable experience being there. They have movies that you can purchase, but the prices are higher! They don't have the great deals for frequent rentals that Blockbuster has or any cool programs. Such as Rewards!
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsRudeness: When I've gone into this Hollywood, on many occasions I was treated very rudely. The store is way to busy and no one ever wants to help you. When filing a complaint on the store, no one bothered to resolve the issue. We have had to pay for movies that were not late but the computer said they were and we were even told that we had to pay the late fees again because it wasn't put in the computer when we paid them the first time.

You gotta be kidding! This is the best place around to rent movies! They have plenty of movies to choose from and they don't seem to cost more than any place else.(rent or buy) Plus you get to keep them for 5 days! (New Releases) Anywhere you go, your gonna have people who don't greet you EVERY time you walk in! Nobody's perfect! And yes there will be screw-ups on your account from time to time.(Any Store) Sounds like you need to chill and grow-up! I suppose you think your perfect. I don't even know anybody that works there and I usually don't give comments but if I did, I'd tell you to have fun at Blockbuster and don't let the door hit ya on the way out!
