We went here on a weekend visit to Eureka Springs, and we thought it was great. It was very romantic and charming, great atmosphere. We had stuffed mushroom raviolis with tomato basil sauce. It was delicious...my husband is very picky about seasonings, and he really liked this combination. The portions were a little small, but maybe more realistic compared to some restaurants today. The service from the waitstaff was excellent! We would go there again.

My wife and I went to Eureka Springs to celebrate our anniversary. Everywhere we went we were told we must try Ermilios. We went on a Friday night and was told that it would be 45 minutes. That was fine because we expected a wait and were excited about having some awesome Italian food. The meal started out pretty good with excellent roasted garlic and decent bread and butter. Their homemade blue cheese dressing was to die for but the salad it was on was pitiful and they just gave you a dab of dressing. I stuck with Homemade Spaghetti and meatballs, my wife ordered Italian Sausage with Linguini. The red sauce that came on both of our entrees was very bland, almost watered down tasting. As for the meatballs, I have had better at Subway. My wife's sausage was alright but the sauce was so non tasty that it left us flabbergasted. We joked that Olive Garden was better than this and my wife said that my sauce that I make blew this away. I had to agree. I would suggest trying another Italian restarant in Eureka. The wait could not be as long and who knows, the food could not be any worse. Try the duck at the Bavaria Inn if you want a treat. I know it is not Italian but it was the best food we had while we were there.

We had a very pleasant experience at Ermilio's. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our meal a lot. If we had stayed longer in the area, we would have returned. The chicken marsala was very good and the Italian creme cake slices we ordered to go were so very good.
