    As most of you know this home builder went bankrupt at the very beginning of the mortgage crisis ... generally, they are very nice, well built homes offering features found typically in more expensive homes... many around Bella Vista are not fully completed but ours was ... we bought it from HUD for about $25,000.00 less than appraisal and are very happy with it ...
