User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsCharged $41 for FedEx ship when FedEx says it would be $25. When I went back to ship myself they unpacked the item saying I got a good deal on packing and refused to pack even when I offered to pay more. Very unprofessional behavior for a long time customer. Very puzzling. Beware.

I use Copy and Ship on a daily basis and have never had anything but top notch customer service. The Daughter who someone spoke about as being rude, is an absolute doll, she will greet you at the door, take your packages, always asks how your doing. I think this family owned business catches a lot of flax from their competition but I would not do my business anywhere else... especially after reading what the competition wrote!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBentonville Copy and Ship has been my shipping store of choice for over 10 years. I have never found them to be anything but extremely helpful and friendly. Many times, and I mean many times while I have been there getting a package shipped, they would leave the counter to open doors for people who have packages and need a hand. I don't know what axe the other reviewer has to grind, but none of what they say has ever been experienced by myself or any of my friends and family who use BC&S.
Maybe it is their competitiors trying to discredit the business, because I know Bentonville Copy and Ship has a strong and dedicated following of customers that the new shipping companies in town would love to have.
I have never been to one of the new shipping companies because I have never had a reason to NOT GO to BC&S in the past 10 years.
ANOTHER THING....Why would somebody have the name WARNINGYOU as their yahoo user name? Sounds like this person just signed up for the specific purpose of slamming Bentonville Copy & Ship. I have had my name for 8 years and this is no hit and run review.
