Never buy a car from here (now it is Fayetteville Autopark). My father called around to find the best price on an 09 CRV and this dealership was quoting a price that would be $2000 less than everyone else. We took in our old pickup for the Cash for Clunkers deal as well. We had an 11:30 appointment and sat there until 1:00 before we were even seen by our salesperson. We proceeded to be led around and waited in the dealership for 5 hours total. The price quoted to us originally was a "mistake" but by the time they figured it out, we had already been there 3 hours and it was too late to go to another dealership. Then, they told us the car would be there tomorrow and we went to pick it up the next day and surprise, it wasn't there. It ended up being delivered the next day at 5:00 pm where we waited for another 2 hours for it to be ready. It did not have the manual or the spare keys and those are finally supposed to be in the mail as of last week (it has been a month) and the title was also going to take 25 to 30 days to be ready for tagging. They are inefficient and completely unorganized. I definitely recommend a different dealership. One other thing, the survey has yet to be seen.

Service dept. did more service to our car without asking us first. We had to pay $200 more than what we were told.
