User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have never been so disgusted with customer service - as I was when I did business with Action Honda in 2006. Promises made - but not kept, nobody even remotely interested in making things right....I will NEVER do business with them again! I work for a Harley dealership and all I can say is - there is NO way our owner would ever let a customer get treated the way I was! He would go out of his way, as would any employee involved, to make things right for the customer!

We will do business with them again!: They were very helpful, quick service, no hassel dealership, they know the business well and treat customers with dignity no matter who they are or what station of life. This meant a lot to this older couple looking to buy!!! GREAT JOB ACTION!!!!! The dealership is well maintained and the team there are knowledgeable about all products in their line of business. Excellent to do business with, we'll do it again!
