    The food is great, but it always seems that IHOP restaurants are dirty. It's a real letdown when you see how dirty the restaurant is. It discourages me from going. The waitstaff is friendly enough but it always seems they are overworked and cannot pay attention to all their customers.

    I love Ihop!!!: The manager was so nice and polite. He was up talking to the customers meanwhile the rest of the place was in neat running order. Our server was very sweet and polite. The food (as always) was great.
