This is the worst place I've ever been. Recently I've been there and the meal costs me only $20(It was the total amount I signed for). But next day I noticed that they have charged me $25 from my account. When I talked to them they said we have to pay a tip, other wise they will charge it even without our consent. So I had to pay $5 extra as the tip. The service was awful. So why do I have to pay a tip? It is my decision to pay it or not. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. They will scam you!!!

I don't know why all the locals here rave about this place. The Thai Diner is located in what used to be a KFC, so automatically they lose points for atmosphere. That can be overlooked if the food is good.
Me and my wife and sister went here on a normal Tuesday evening. We were promptly greeted by our waitress, who was friendly enough. We ordered fresh spring rolls, and she had to return to the table because she forgot what we wanted. The spring rolls arrived quickly and were standard cold spring rolls with shrimp and veggies. When she returned with the entrees she tried to bring our food to the table behind us, but quickly realized and got them to us. The entrees were basically indistinguishable form each other. I got the Chicken Panang Thai Hot (you can get your entree with varying degrees of spiciness). It was a coconut soup with dry chicken breast slices and their idea of Thai hot was a pile of crushed red pepper on top. Which was different from what my wife got because she had fewer red pepper flakes on her dish.
To sum up: The dining in Fayetteville is not the best, so if you want something different by all means try Thai Diner, but don't expect too much. The food is rather bland for what I would call Thai food, the atmosphere is not very good, and the service was minimal. And it is kind of pricey for what you get.

I love the beef salad. SO good, so fresh! Best beef salad at any Thai joint in NWA!
