Did NOT like my first experience with Hurst Eye Care center. First of all, starting with the front office staff they were not friendly at all, they did not make me feel welcome. It seems like they dont have any customer service experience. It just felt kind of awkward in times when some were trying to help me with a few things. Second of all Dr. Hurst seemed nice but barely said at least five words, didn't explain anything at all, seemed like he was in a hurry.
I was trying to find a Eye Care Center close to were I live but I'd rather go somewhere far and get great customer service by all the staff and doctors then come by to this Center.
I found my experience with Dr. Hurst the worst I have ever had at any medical professionals office. He barely talked, didn't explain anything about our results, didn't respond to any sort of conversation, just acted like he was going quickly down a checklist.
I'm 43 years old and have seen a lot of doctors and have never felt the need to give such a review until now. My experience was echoed by at least 2 other people that I mentioned it to.
I don't know what office mattas5 went to but it must have been in another universe. I will never go back there.
I will say that the front office staff was very nice and helpful.
What can I say? Dr. Robert Hurst is the very best eye doctor that I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He and his staff are very professional and are always eager to please. He and his staff give the very best customer service imaginable. I drive from Ozark, Ar to Bentonville just to see him. It's well worth the drive.

He treated my child and was horrible- I would not cal this guy a Dr. for nothing. GO else where is the best advice I can say. My insurance gave me another exam the next day because he did not look in my chids eye for a "comprehensive exam". He should be ashamed.
