User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsProfessional: I had a flat on my boat tralier and was taking the family to the lake the following day. The tire seperated from the tread and needed to be replaced. The tire was not carried by any other GoodYear dealers around, some even said their suppliers didn't carry them, but Northwest Tire Service had them in stock. It was 4:15pm when I headed to Northwest Tire Service and they close at 5. I arrived at 4:57pm and they were still open. They changed my tire, credited me for the unused portion of my defective tire, and had me out the door in less than 15 minutes. That's Service!
