User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsNice property. Lived there a couple of years. Would not have chosen that place had I known about the manager. His temper upset my family more than once.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsBeautiful living spaces but nosy: I agree the apartments themselves are FABULOUS for the price and have a great location but the property owners and managers when I lived there were nosy and even if you were a great tenant you did feel like they were always watching you. Great place to live but you will feel like someone is constantly watching you and the owner is a piece of work. Oh and don't expect your deposit back either. It was like pulling teeth to get mine back and even then it wasn't even 25% of what I put down and I had it professionally cleaned before I left.

DON"T MOVE HERE!: Townhouses are nice, location's great, property manager will drive you crazy! You will be made to feel you are living under a microscope, even if you are a great tenent. I feel I was constantly being harassed/watched while living @ Pivot Rock Village. It was a horrible experience!
