User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHope you're not hungry... you have a long wait!: We went through the drive-thru and they messed up one of our sandwiches. We returned and gave them the sandwich and was told to "Pull up" and wait. After 20 minutes and with the rest of our food cold, we went in to find they had forgotten us. They acted like WE had done something wrong and didn't even offer to apologize, but stood there looking at us like idiots. That was it... we requested our money back and got an attitude from the manager who was called up front to service after making us wait ANOTHER five minutes up front. We went to the Burger King up the street where we got MUCH MUCH better service. When I want McDonald's, I go OUT OF MY WAY 10 miles to Van Buren where I get wonderful service, just to avoid this Mc Donald's.
