Their idea of a gourmet sandwich is deli meat on wonderbread with a few veggies (tomatoes and onions). I was charged $7 for a "gourmet" sandwich I have been making my entire life.
Not surprised considering my first experience with Sweet Bay was informing the clerk the difference between a mocha and a latte. Really.

Thank god Starbucks came to Ft. Smith. 
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsWas There ToDay! my soN Like iT as Well,nice to go there to work on my graphs,relax & some hot coco or whatever.......!I Know The staff is kinda Edgy soMetimes but dont be so hard on'em,i can be kinda edgy at times even when im trying to relax!!!!i dont know you figure it out!

LOL! This sounds exactly the way SBC is now being run! Brandy P: You are right. The service sucks, the employees are completely without customer service, and the owners haven't even renewed their website. I find it to be sad. Ten years ago this place was decent; not great, but decent and needed a little work then. Now, there's no hope. People: Save your $ and take up the hobby of learning about coffee, making it yourself and enjoying it for what coffee REALLY is: Yummy!
