They have NO clue what they are doing when it comes to giving an estimate. I received 3 estimates, and they were over $1,100.00 lower on their estimate than the lowest one I received. This matters when you are receiving a check from an insurance company. There are plenty on body shops in the Russellville area, I would suggest using someone other than Wells Body Shop. AWFUL!
