    This veterinarian is horrible. She cares more about money than your pet. Please, just take your pets anywhere else.

    Unfortunately, I switched vets after 20 years as Best Friends came highly recommended. Over the past year, I have taken not only my pets, but my parent's as well and our experience has been less then good.

    The staff provides awful customer service, the pet records are constantly lost and so follow up treatments are based on incorrect treatment recommendations. When they "finally" figure it out, they offer expensive additional treatments that are unnecessary.

    The last straw for me was, after trying multiple times to get my cat in since I work a very busy schedule and out of town, the staff suggested I bring it after hours on Friday as they stay open until 6. Going out of my way to take off work in advance, I not only show up to a locked door, but a rude staff that wasn't willing to help (as expected) when they specifically knew I was coming! Even the website promotes being open until 6:30 pm!

    This place has cost me a lot of personal time and frustration in addition to MONEY! This vet's experience is very questionable as the care provided has also been HORRIBLE, which is my number one issue.

    Dorothy and her staff show professional and genuine care for my dogs and remember their names. Reminders are sent in the mail for checkups, shots, etc. The kennel is really helpful when needed because we know they will be taken very good care of and watched. Thank u
