User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have never had a more terrible experience with any other dealer that with Fletcher Chevy in Springdale. We purchased a brand new vehicle and had to get it serviced almost immediately. It took over 8 trips to the services department over a period of 8 months to finally get it resolved. We ended up having to get a brand new motor for our vehicle. They were rude and hateful during the entire process. I would never recommend this place to anyone because they don't appreciate your business.
