Out of town custumers beware!! Their ad is correct STUNNING to say the least. I wired a live plant from our local flortist to be delivered at my uncle's funeral. I was stunned to see what I got for the price of nearly $50.00. It was in a 6 inch pot with a tiny ribbon. I was so embrassed. Called Walters's and they told me that the person could bring it back for an exchange if I wasn't happy. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I explained the lady just lost her husband and your treating this like it was Wal-Mart, the funeral was over and I really don't know what happened to the plant. I truly beleive the flortist didn't think I would travel that far and had a plant that was dieing and was needing to get rid of it. I was even embrassed for Walter's Flortist for even having their name on this plant. Several people saw this plant and their reaction to me was they were so sorry.. I guess in this point it was the thought that counted. I would have been much better off not having anything there at least I wouldn't have drawn attention to myself. It would have saved me and my family a lot of embrassement........

WOW!! What a wonderful,warm and understanding lady I spoke with! She gave me such a nice choice of arrangements to send to a funeral, and a choice of a little note to write on the card.I called from Arizona, and was very sketchy on my information about the arrangements for the funeral, but the employee at Walter's was just wonderful Thank you so very much. DO NOT HESITATE TO GIVE OR SEND BUSINESS TO THIS FLOWER SHOP.
