Do your self a favor, stay away from this dealer.: I bought a new Dodge Ram, requested 20 inch tires and paid $2,000 for them. Got a flat the other day, took off the tire and replaced it with the spare. After about 7 miles the truck smelled and I saw smoke. The dealership gave me a 17 inch spare, this fried the front differential. The smaller tire moved faster then the larger one. The dealership (Joe White) is refusing to contact the owner and they won't give me his phone number. Chryslers won't pay for the unit to be replaced and said it’s up to the dealership. Well the dealership is stalling and playing games. This is a $1,700 mistake on there part. Other dealers that I've talk to said that no one would of known not to use the spare that came with the vehicle and they would of made sure that I had the correct size spare when I drove off the lot. So please do yourself a favor and go to a different dealer. My office number is 479-587-8451 ext 242, if anyone would like more info. I plan to contact the better business agency and local media. This was after deployment and military retirement vehicle, sure wished I would of bought it from another dealership. Paying $36,000, a reasonable person would think that they would get better treatment. Thanks for listening and good luck.
