    I work as a legal assistant in Springfield Illinois. I called them randomly to get a referral for a local process server. They took the time and gave me several contacts. They were very nice and friendly to me.

    Very Rude: Spoke with a woman named Christy that hung up on me and wouldn't let me speak with anyone else. Very hateful and disrespectful.
