    Don't give them your phone number! West Pointe is one of the dealers that use a survey company to follow-up after your visit. Either waste your time talking to the company or be prepared to be hounded by phone calls for the next week. The survey company has called my phone over 12 times and only had the courtesy to leave a message once. No wonder the automobile industry is in ruins. I don't mind a salesman following up, but to have some person from Houston Texas hound you about your visit is poor business practice.

    Loved our salesman, hate management! They drew up contract on new vehicle and did not verify payoff. Now, after the deal is done, they are hounding us for less than $500. Are contracts no good there or what?????

    GREAT REPAIR DEPT. Nice people who fixed my brakes for $150 after I had paid $600 to BOB HOWARD for nothing but the run around. The service manager could have taken advantage, but instead was helpful and efficient. Totally unlike Bob Howard and most of the service departments around town.
    Great cars with great prices too. Honest dealers.
