User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsA good place to live: A very good place to live. Cheap rent, furnished, Gas and Water bill paid. But more than anything else, its the managment. The management is very good and they provide service (incase like your heater stops running in a cold chilly night) 24/7.
It is not the most jazzy apartment, but defnitely one having good managment and cheap and a very good community with low crime rate.
