User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have lived in Noman for 15 years now & I have tried every restraunt around, Tulio's is by far my favoite! It is a small place which is one of the reason I love it, The prices are good & the food is Great! I love the salsa! It is alway clean & the wait staff is very friendly. 5 star all the way!

I like the combination of Tulio's food and atmosphere more than any other Mexican restaurant in Norman. It's a family friendly environment --there are even baskets of toys for kids to play with while waiting for the meal. And I can highly recommend the vegetarian quesadillas! They're the best I've ever had.

Spending most of my life in west and south Texas, I pride myself on knowing good mexican food and Tex-Mex. I've noticed that the majority of people around town really rave about Ted's. Ted's is fine for the area, but I've yet to understand why all the fuss? Tulio's on the other hand, I really enjoyed. I LOVE their cheese enchiladas. Their chili sauce is really unique (very "Tex" mex) and I love their salsa (night and day better than Ted's). To me, Tulio's is an undiscovered gem in this area.
