CiCi's Pizza is a lovely place to take a family, with a game room in the back, friendly faces, television set to children's shows, and the bright environment. The service is good, although they can sometimes make mistakes and mix up orders because of the large demand that sometimes comes with rushes, and sometimes the cooks misread things on the special orders.

The girls are polite and smiling and willing to help, giving out their names, and the managers always make up for any mistakes. They (the managers) are very friendly, talkative, and polite.

On occasion, the servers can be a bit rude, but almost always they are nice and sweet. Take out is almost always perfect, and if they make a mistake, they will make up for it on the spot, with maybe a ten minute wait on the correction.

Having been to this CiCi's as a customer before I started working here, I must say that this is a great place to work at and dine at and if any problems arise, know that the managers will try to work with you to make it up.
