if you work nights, don't live here: parking is a major problem here. residents must have permit to park, visitors must park further away; this is rarely ever enforced. residential parking is first-come first served, so if you work late, you will always park as a visitor. maintenance seems to do little but pest control. the landscapers do little planting, mostly cutting with noisy, gasoline powered machines very early in the morning and for hours at a time. the office is generally closed, managers are rarely there making it hard to even pay rent in person. the manager lives right by the office. residents leave dogs locked in balconies, overfill dumpsters with things the city doesn't pick up--one dumpster stayed full for three weeks in a row. the roof on our building needs to be repaired, but no luck with that.
