User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWhen I viewed an apartment, I was amazed. Brand new counter tops, CERAMIC tile, and lots drawer space (8) and a double pantry for food. The carpet is a deep burgandy red. I love upstairs so I am thrilled to have my OWN balcony. No bugs or roaches, 3-8ft swimming pool, and the neighbors are friendly and CLEAN!
The BEST part about these apartments is the office staff and maintenance men. They are always punctual and do a great job.
Your apartment manager you don't make friends with usually, but you just can't deny that Ms.B is a great person.

Everything that women said above is a lie! There is roaches, everyone round here is on section eight, the police are over here everyother weekend, and the pool is is nice if it were ever open. for the last two years theyve opened just to close it within days! And Mrs.B is a b**ch!
I believe that if you don't keep your apartment clean and spotless - take care of the messes, keep your piles of laundry to a minimum, clean the kitchen - there wouldn't be any problems with roaches. I have never seen a roach here and I've been here a little over a year. Ms. B is very involved with each resident and knows what kind of action takes place within our community. Once again - I love this apartment and it is absolutely beautiful inside. You can't beat the scenery either! Bonnie takes a lot of pride in the way the property looks. If there are people on Section 8, I don't see why that would matter. I pay all my bills - am never late on rent - and therefore Bonnie appreciates that. She's not a B**CH. And as for the police - even if they are over here a lot - I'm sure they are at every complex in the United States as well as private neighborhoods. I'm glad that they roam through here and check things out and make sure we're all SAFE. Bonnie is an excellent apartment manager simply because she is on top of things. You never pass her without a friendly "hello" from her. She has to be strict on some things - and that is what makes this an excellent community. I appreciate every bit of work put into this place and I REALLY appreciate the condition my apartment is in.
Most of the apartments in Norman have bad reviews, but yours made Country Village sound like exactly what I was looking for. However, I saw some reviews on another site that had me concerned. Do you really have to worry about the maintenance man stealing your things or staying in at night because of drug deals? Also, I didn't hear much about noise, but is it quiet there?
