User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis is THE WORST HONDA DEALER IN OKLAHOMA! Hands down! Like all the previous review these guys are there just to rip you off and make money. They will charge you extra fees that are ridiculous.They are extremely rude in the way they talk once they start to negotiate the price with you too. There are like 3 different Honda dealership in OKC area, go there and shop around. I promise you you'll get a better deal and better customer service at the other Honda dealerships. I sure heck did. AND ALWAYS DO YOU RESEARCH before you buy. I suggest edmunds and kbb.

Horrible service here! I went in wanting to look at a Honda Civic. They told me they had one or two in stock out back. So we went out there to look. They said they were ADDING ON $1000 to the STICKER price because of "supply and demand". That is ridiculous! So we left and I said we were going to the Honda dealer in OKC, and the salesman quickly said "Oh, you will be back." I sure as heck didn't go back, and I actually bought my car privately. It is the only way to go!!

THEY WILL TAKE YOU FOR EVERY DIME YOU HAVE! i went in with 12,000 for a down payment for a 04 honda that was priced at 20,000, cool half down right? wrong! after they hit me with 14% intrest they got me for gap insurance,$3000 dollors additional warranty,$1500 processing fees and a little more, i ended up with a $445 a month payment for 5 years and still owed $18,000 when left the lot! so let my stupidity and trust of f%$@*r Honda help you learn what and who not to buy a car from! oh yea they did this to a family with 3 small kids! THEY DONT GIVE A DAMN! as long as they get their money

Glad to know about this place. I last bought a new car in 2000 from a dealer in Tulsa and had NO surprises!
Sounds like it was the finance department that got you, not the entire dealership...Every finance dept. is like that. It's their job to make money off of you. Next time go in as an informed buyer.
