User Rating: 3 out of 5 starswell i want to get some infomation that i recieved from a worker in the bank.. which happen to be an employee and relative who financed a loan for a relative of theirs.... the employees relative due to emergency circomstances has to leave at the and of this month and is unable to maintain payment on the car, the question was ask can they give the car up to the bank and pay what ever differencial.....the response was no because it can cost the employee their job but their relative cannot afford the payments any longer and doesn't want to ruin his credit due their spouse giving up their job and apartment to get straight to the piont can the relative give the car to the bank or would he have to go to court or something to fight it....please get back to me.
