We have been there twice and didn't like it either time. The last time the chicken Parmigian I ordered was pink inside and there was very little "sauce." My husband didn't fair any better.
It's way over-priced, even though they claim to be less expensive. My Chicken Parmigian was $12 and didn't come with a salad and I wasn't even full!
Save yourself the disappointment and go to Carino's.
Beware terrible food, not even italian spices used, they use very low grade ingredients resulting in a no flavor meal. Bread was old, cold, they named a black bean soup with corn and a mistery meat a tuscan soup. Europeans consider corn hog food and cubans and chinese are the original users of black bean. STAY AWAY go anywhere but here! The olive oil was worse than dipping into wesson oil with a basil twist. BARF! Everyone in my party complaint about the food, we left after the first bite.
Primo's is, by far, my favorite Italian restaurant. I have visited this place since I knew it existed. The food has ALWAYS been amazing, although my mother has a tendency to find flaws within every dish - but she's like that. In any case, this place is absolutely amazing. The one in Yukon has certainly grown, especially with the take-out extension they put up.
It's an adorable restaurant and atmosphere is perfect. They set it up for each time of day, brunch, lunch, and dinner. I especially like the dinner atmosphere with the candles and the barely lit restaurant. It makes it more intimate, warm, and inviting - an ideal place for dates.
The waitresses, most of the ones I've had, are very sweet and kind. They are always willing to help and checking up on us. They are always smiling and full of energy. Occasionally, however, we do get some that are grumpy but we don't really blame them (I was a waitress once, so I can relate to them). Sometimes they can flat out ignore us, but this has only happened once and she had a lot of other customers so it was understandable.
I don't know why there are some complainers on here, because the Primo's in Yukon is positively amazing and leaves little room for bitter guests because I always leave feeling good and can't fathom them having horrible business.
Some of my friends who work here say that the managers can be rude to them, and that the waitresses constantly fight over tables and are rude to each other. That is the only negative thing about this place, so I suggest the management be kinder to their staff and respect them. Most of the servers are girls and very friendly. Honestly, how can the management be mean to them?
Waitressing is also very competitive, especially if they begin to know which regulars leave the bigger tip.
But, overall,
I still love you Primo's, Management, and Staff.
