I don't know why there are any bad reviews. I have been there numerous times.. just about every special occasion. The Steak is the best I have ever eaten. and the dessert is awesome. yeah, the salad and appetizers aren't the best. The wait staff is fantastic. It was over a year since the last time we were there and when we arrived, she remembered exactly who we were. Drinks were never left unfilled and never had to ask for anything. They opened up the restaurant just for me and my wife. it was on a tuesday (our anniversary) and I called to make a reservation. We were the only ones there and it was the best.

This is the worst place I've ever been. And it was definitely the WORST food I've ever eaten. The german women is very rude. My boyfriend took me there for valentine's day and it was horrible. The wait staff wasn't all that bad but very young and unprofessional for a place that it is so expensive. When you eat out you pay for the service and the atmosphere, and the service wasn't much better then the local outback. (Actually, we left the place without finishing our meals and went to outback, as a step up.)
We ordered a bottle of wine and the old german lady brought it out, opened, and poured us a glass of a chardonay... when we had ordered a merlot. Hints the reason that at almost all restraunts they open the bottle at the table. When we told the old women... she snatched the glasses off the table, sort of yelled at us, and stormed off.
The food was by far the worst part. I got the shrimp and noodles and couldn't even eat mine or the burnt hash browns that came with them. My boyfriend got a 33 dollar steak and had to ask for A1. I wouldn't have paid $20 for our $125 meal. I will never go back and hope that the place goes under or gets new management so noone else waste all their money or gets a special day ruined like we did.
