We have purchased six new vehicles from MR Stanley over the past 5 years and our first encounter with a warranty issue was denied. Our 2007 Ford Ranger with less than 50,000 miles had engine failure and both Stanley and Ford have denied warranty coverage. The Power Train Warranty from Ford - 60,000 miles plus the additional David Stanley Warranty we paid for upon the purchase were both denied. David Stanley Ford also charged me $816 to release the vehicle back to me with the engine and drive train in the bed of the pickup. If you are considering a purchase of a vehicle I do recommend you stay away from David Stanley Ford.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis dealership was great, they treated me with respect and didn't push me to buy. We found the right truck got a good price and I bought it with no hidden fees or BS that I have encountered before.
I would recommend David stanley ford to anyone that is out for a new car!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI HAVE BEEN TO SEVERAL DEALERSHIPS DAVID STANLEY FORD HAS THE BEST TEAM BY FAR THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. IM SO GLAD I PURCHASED MY VEHICLE I FEEL CONFIDENT THEY WILL BE WITH ME ALL THE WAY THEY ARE VERY CARING AND CONCERNED.
