I have been coming to Maxey's Cycle since 1995. I loved the place so much that I started working for them in 2000. This family buisness strives for customer service. The Service dept. strives to keep all the customers that it can, through keeping their word and quality of work. There is a reason they stay very busy all year long. The Service Dept Team stays current on all the manafacture training courses and update seminars, so that they can provide the latest advances in the industry.

Sorry, I must disagree. My first bike purchase was a 92 Goldwing from Maxey's. It had an overheating problem. The service department made three runs to address the issue. The tech asked if the bike was "spitting" coolant. I advised, it was not. On the last attempt to repair the tech placed a piece of electrical tape over the temp gauge and told me not to worry. The problem continued. I took the bike to Shawnee for a 2nd opinion. THERE WAS NO COOLANT IN THE BIKE! First, why was the bike not checked prior to the sale?, Second, why did the service department not check the radiator and/or recovery for coolant? I think these are valid questions of which Maxey's have failed to address. My 2nd bike purchase was a new Goldwing from Shawnee...How much did that little piece of black electrical tape cost Maxey's?
