This store does not care about customer service at all, I mean at all. I have simply been told no, that they would not help me, and they were on there personal phone on a personal call. I would never buy anything major at this store, due to the fact that noone at that store is any where computer savvy enough to make the right recommendations. That store sucks @ss.
Not customer oriented AT ALL. No supervision of the Geek Squad, nobody making sure job gets done right. Spent 3 weeks waiting for computer-first it was sent (by accident) to Kentucky for a new processor. They sent it back, saying it didn't need new processor. Then they were supposed to clean it for viruses and re-install my programs. They called me to pick up. I did. Got it home, and everything was stripped, but not re-installed. Had to take it back. Service department called me at 9:45 pm on a Sunday night to come and get it (Holiday hours). This kid had no clue that it was not appropriate to call a customer at home at that time of night.
Also, I just discovered that my Microsoft Office Home and STudent 2007 that I purchased in August of 2008 and had the Geek Squad install, does not have the disks in it for me to re-install at home. Just assumed it did. Kept all my things together from new computer, and just looking and the case is EMPTY. That means they charged me for it, installed it, and kept the disks to sell or give to someone else. Great. I am left with no programs to upload and no way to prove it. So be sure and check your purchases after you get a new computer and softwear there.
